FOR GOOD VENTILATION. Special air-permeable material allows better air exchange in places where the body generates a lot of heat. This improves air circulation inside the clothing and ensures a comfortable body climate.
WICKS HEAT AND SWEAT TO THE OUTSIDE. Its breathable material makes it comfortable to wear, even when you’re working hard. This is because moisture is wicked to the outside, while fresh air is let in.
HYPOTHERMIA PROTECTION. The fast-drying functional fabric of your protective clothing is ideal for work in changing weather conditions and sweaty jobs. The high-quality material protects you from hypothermia.
VERY COMFORTABLE FOR DAILY USE. A particularly lightweight outer fabric is achieved through the use of special functional fibres, and offers enhanced wearing comfort. This means that you are ideally equipped for your daily work in the forest or when climbing trees, especially in summer.
FOR MORE VISIBILITY. Stay visible even in poor conditions, to avoid accidents. The high proportion of bright orange in accordance with EN ISO 20471 makes your protective clothing more eye-catching. This standard specifies the minimum surface area for high-visibility colour and retroreflective strips.
BETTER VISIBILITY. Reflective areas not only look good on your protective clothing, but also increase your safety. They mean that you will always be easy to see, even in the dark or in the forest.

The STIHL FUNCTION Core jacket is a lightweight, breathable option ideal for private chainsaw use. Whether you’re cutting firewood, working in the forest, or doing agricultural tasks, it offers reliable comfort thanks to underarm ventilation, durable stretch fabric on the sides and elbows, and adjustable Velcro sleeve cuffs.
Designed in a regular fit, it includes a zipped chest pocket for items like a smartphone, plus two side pockets. High‑visibility orange accents and reflective details enhance visibility in low‑light conditions, while the modern neon‑green design adds a stylish touch.
The outer fabric features recycled polyester and is water- and dirt‑repellent without PFAS. It pairs well with STIHL FUNCTION Core Safety Pants.
The jacket is machine washable at 60°C.
