Features

Cut protection clothing is classified in 4 cut protection ratings in accordance with EN ISO 11393. The cut protection rating specifies the maximum chain speed tested in accordance with standard conditions. Rating 1 corresponds to a chain speed of 20 m/s.
CUT PROTECTION RATING 1 FOR CHAINSAWS
PROTECTION DURING FORESTRY WORK. Cut protection safety pants with design A in accordance with EN ISO 11393, have cut protection that covers your front lower body and 5 cm of the back left leg. Design A is intended for use in normal wood harvesting work by pros who have been thoroughly trained and instructed, for example.
CUT PROTECTION SAFETY PANTS DESIGN A
MORE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT. Important movement zones on your work trousers are provided by means of flexible material, so that you will always enjoy very comfortable wear.
STRETCH ZONES

STIHL FUNCTION Core cut‑protection safety pants offer reliable safety and comfort for private woodland and property work. Lightweight, breathable, and durable, they provide excellent freedom of movement, with integrated cut protection for added safety when using a chainsaw. Ventilation panels at the back of the thighs and a breathable lining help maintain a comfortable body climate, while kidney protection adds warmth in cooler weather.

The saftey pants feature an elastic waistband with attachment points for STIHL braces, plus multiple pockets—including side, back, thigh, and ruler pockets—for convenient storage. The overalls version adds a bib pocket.

Designed with neon green accents, these safety pants combine functionality with a modern look. The outer fabric includes recycled polyester and uses a PFAS‑free water‑ and dirt‑repellent finish. They pair perfectly with the STIHL FUNCTION Core jacket and the STIHL DYNAMIC DuroTEC jacket.
