Service Kit 29 for various gas power tools: Maintain reliability through proactive and regular maintenance
You can use Service Kit 29 to perform simple maintenance work and support the longevity of your STIHL gas hedge trimmers, pole pruners, KombiEngines, brushcutters and clearing saws. Regular standard maintenance tasks such as replacing the air and fuel filters and spark plug replacement, can usually be completed quickly and help to extend the service life of an engine. This means that you can always work reliably and at optimum performance with your STIHL power tool.
STIHL Service Kit 29 includes the following components for standard maintenance tasks:
- Fleece air filter
- Spark plug
- Fuel filter
The STIHL fleece filter offers good filter quality in a range of operating conditions. Coarse dirt particles are caught on the surface, while fine dirt particles are trapped inside the filter.
When performing maintenance on the air filter and spark plug, it is best to use the practical combination socket tool supplied with your STIHL power tool. A cardboard hook is integrated into the packaging of the service kit itself, which can be used to conveniently remove and replace the fuel filter. You don’t need any additional tools for the job.
